Doctor Role Description The Doctor is responsible for managing and delivering patient care within the system. They have access to both Outpatient (OPD) and Inpatient (IPD) services. Their key functionalities include: 1. Registration - View: Doctors can view details of patients registered under them. 2. OPD Dashboard Access: They can review patient visit history, access and update visit information, check medication, lab, and radiology reports, and manage patient documents. 3. Creating or Updating OP Visits: Doctors can record history, examination findings, vitals, diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and place lab/radiology orders. 4. Creating or Updating IP Visits: For admitted patients, doctors can manage vitals, diagnosis, treatment, medication, lab/radiology orders, and invasive procedures. 5. Appointment View: Doctors can view all appointments scheduled with them. 6. Calendar View: They can access their time slot availability and schedule.
